Friday Finds

Friday Finds is a weekly meme hosted by MizB over at A Daily Rhythm that showcases the books you ‘found’ and added to your To Be Read (TBR) list… whether you found them online, or in a bookstore, or in the library — wherever! (they aren’t necessarily books you purchased).

Yesterday, I was trying to find more weekly memes on the Internet when I came across Bookshelf Fantasies. I found a Book Blog Meme Directory on there, which I think will be really useful for me to refer to in the future — and I'm sure it'll be for you, too! While scrolling through that list, I came across Friday Finds and decided to start doing it on this blog as well. :)
Alright, without further ado, let's get into it!

The Kingdom of Morrighan is steeped in tradition and the stories of a bygone world, but some traditions Lia can't abide. Like having to marry someone she's never met to secure a political alliance.

Fed up and ready for a new life, Lia flees to a distant village on the morning of her wedding. She settles in among the common folk, intrigued when two mysterious and handsome strangers arrive—and unaware that one is the jilted prince and the other an assassin sent to kill her. Deceptions swirl and Lia finds herself on the brink of unlocking perilous secrets—secrets that may unravel her world—even as she feels herself falling in love.

Stacking the Shelves #2

Stacking The Shelves is a weekly meme hosted by Tynga's Reviews. It's all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in a physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks!

I didn't purchase any books this past week, but I did win some and also received a few for review. :)

Book Cover Guessing Challenge

Hey guys! The wonderful Fiona from A Girl Between the Pages tagged us to do this challenge! Thanks for the tag, Fiona!

So, what's basically going to happen is I am going to choose some books that I don't know much about and try to guess the synopsis based off of the cover. Once I'm done guessing, I'm going to compare my guess to the synopsis on Goodreads and see how well I did.

Alright, let's get started!
